The Dynamic Diabetic empowers other diabetics to get and stay healthy. I offer weekday Facebook lives, “The Diabetic Minute”. In addition I have a Facebook group and a YouTube channel to support diabetics. I also can provide coaching, challenges and a true caring heart. I completely understand what a diabetic struggles with because I am one. I lowered my AIC from 10.6 to 5.2. You can too!!!
