We are currently dealing with situations in our world that is every changing and are different than what we expected it to be. We are forced to deal with the fallout of our businesses and our relationships due to the continued shut down of certain businesses, current health crisis, and government restrictions. With the riots, fires in California, hurricane in Louisiana and the polarization of the political climate, the world is simply a different place than we expected to be.

We are now having a whole generation of people whose mood is easily altered and manipulated by our GPS, and the internet. Our self-esteem and self-confidence are related to how much likes and follows we have in our Facebook or other social media accounts. The likes from our social media accounts become a machine of destruction for our mood that is based on a popularity contest that is a figment of our imagination. We become so needy where we become a narcissistic self-suppler and create chaos and/or false lies to get constant false admiration.

We are more easily stressed and worry more than other previous generations. We have a whole generation of people who have been raised to believe that we can control of all the rules in our lives.

This a quote from The Princess Bride, “Life is pain, anyone who is tells you different is selling you something,” teaches us one of the best life lessons where we can learn and grow to become the best possible version of ourselves each morning.

Life has always been chaotic. The universe is always evolving and changing. There are rules and routine we have that we made up in our head that bring us to the positive intention of self-security and protection in time of chaos.

With a tiny bit of chaos, we now feel like there is a bullet wound to our heart. We get easily defensive and the worrying attitude becomes the bigger problem. We become over-reactive because we have always been feeling pressure before COVID.

This is a great time of you to understand the skills of happiness and surrendering your position to be happy. This is a great time to keep your eye on the movie in your head of how you want your life to be in the future. It is a great time to focuses on your life and make your decision based on having tunnel vision of your activities of that future movie with that great feeling of accomplishments.

You are going to need to have your state of mind stay on your outcomes and goals. You keep in mind the goals and actions it takes to do the deeds you need to do to make it real. These actions are always in front of your mind. You may have to adapt to less resources and develop all the necessary skills to have your mind stay on the fantasy of your outcomes and what you are currently chasing in life. How do you see it? This is a powerful timeframe for you to become realistic about developing your belief system based on being unconditionally optimistic. You know about unconditional love.

You have the right to be optimistic. You must handle your frustrated desire alone and be mature enough to deal with it when you don’t get your way and didn’t get the want your heart desires. The fact is that we are used to getting what we want but are not used to adapt. Adaptation is a key maturing process. It is a learning experience where we don’t blame, denied, martyr and/or over-analyzing the problem away. Adaptation is leveling toward acceptance to see the big picture of what ‘s next in your life.
Do you tend to be a reactionary intellectual in stressful time? Reactionary intellectual is a person that only reacts to what is happening right now. They tend to react to the fears of other people and only respond to trying not to look stupid to what is happening.

People who stay less stress and run a great business during COVID will fantasize about how they want things to go in a year, six months, or five months from now. They are focused on the idea that is the problem or situation that has a beginning, a middle and ending. They can focus on what is going to happen AFTER NOW.

My mentor, Scott McFall for many years often use self-effacing stories to make an analogy and to teach hypnosis clients. Often time, third party stories is better and safer for people to learn and grow. He found out after a flight physical examination that his aorta is 4 times the size of his heart. His aorta failed and needed surgery within a couple of days. After the surgery, he coded. He was being shocked back for many hours.

When he came too, he was on a pacemaker that was not supposed to be there. He was experiencing AFID for days and his rehabilitation as different that it what was scheduled to be. His life as he knew it was radically different and altered than what he predicted. To recover and get over this, Scott had to focused on life after the hospital. Life after rehab and chase the benefit of life after when he had to deal with people who didn’t handle his health crisis too well.

He focused past the problem and what is going to happen after now.
The world is changing and start looking at the world of the changes you are facing.

The stressors and chaos-makers in your life are pulling you into real life instead of your reactions in the world in your head. Be grateful that there is always a positive intention of the stressful moments. It’s keeping you safe and protected.

Start to risk management instead of overreacting.
Began to see how much the world is happening inside your head and how these little changes are making you build the necessary skills to adapt to the real world around you.

Start building your relationship with your business and personal life based on the activities of the real world and not your expectations or the invasive thoughts you are having inside your head.
